Factory setting: address #0, A slave
The addressing device scans the existing slaves in the
AS-Interface network.

Assign the desired address to the slave.
It is not necessary to parametrize the AS-Interface slave.
Operation with AS-Interface masters < Spec. 2.1
Operation with AS-Interface masters < Spec. 2.1 is possible
but the slave must be programmed as A slave.
Recommendation: For operation with AS-Interface masters
< Spec. 2.1 use valve terminal type CPV...-GE-ASI-4E4A-...
instead of CPV...-GE-ASI-4E3A-... .
3.3 Address assignment of the valves
The following fittings are possible for the valve terminal:
