REMOVE POWER BOARD
1. Disconnect power from the operator.
2. Unplug the motor harness and transformer harness from the
ENGLISH WARNINGS AT 50%
connector on the power board.
3. Disconnect all wires from the power board.
4. Use needle nose pliers or a flathead screwdriver to remove the
power board from the four mounting posts.
INSTALL NEW POWER BOARD
1. Install the new power board into the operator. Position the
board onto mounting posts pressing firmly to ensure posts are
completely through mounting holes.
2. Reconnect all wires. NOTE: Be sure to keep track of where each
wire color connects on the power board for terminals L2, J1,
J3, J4, J5, J6, J12 for 1 Phase or L1, L2, J3, J4, J5, J6, J7 for
3 Phase. See wiring diagrams for reference.
3. FOR 3 PHASE ONLY: Connect current sense harness (yellow
wires). Refer to 3-Phase wiring diagram.

• Disconnect electric power at the fuse box BEFORE proceeding.
• ALL electrical connections MUST be made by a qualified

5. Reconnect power to the operator and verify operation.
NOTE: If the operator is running in the reverse direction, swap the
wires on the J5 and J6 terminals for 1 Phase operators or J6 and
J7 on 3 Phase operators.

To program the dynamic brake after
replacing the control board, turn
mode selection to "OPTN" press the
"MAS" button and then press "MID"
to enable it.

The illustration shows purple and
gray wire connections for all GH and
left handed GSD operators. For all
GT and right handed GSD operators,
reverse the wires at the power
board: Purple wire to J5 and gray
wire to J6.
