5. Connect the top end cap (G) to the upper
poles (E). Connect the top end cap (H) to the
upper poles (D). (See Figure 4)
6. Insert one end of metal rod (F) downward into
top end cap (H). Insert other end of metal rod (F)
into the outside of the top end cap (G). Repeat
with the second metal rod (F). (See Figure 4)
7. Place 26 mm steel washers (M) over metal rods (F)
and insert split pins (Q) into holes on ends of metal
rods (F) to secure.
8. Tighten all bolts securely.
9. Dolly is now fully assembled. To stack chairs,
place chairs face down on base and continue
stacking to desired height. (See Figure 5)
