Joining rail sections
4a. Put the two connectors into the
end of one of the rail sections.
4b. Knock in the three steel guide pins.
The machined part of the pins should
be into the holes.
4c. Put the rail sections together. Move
both connectors back until the screw in
the middle meets the joint. Important!
Check that there is no gap between
the rail sections.
4d. Tighten the outer screws on the
connectors fully.
4e. Tighten the middle screw on the
connectors maximum.
4f. Fit the stiffener sheet metal plate
over the joint on the upper side of the
rail. Use selfdrilling screws TEKS
ST 4,8 x 13.

Verbinden der Schienenmodule
4a. Die beiden Verbindungsstücke im
Ende eines Schienenmoduls anbringen.
4b. Die drei Führungsstifte einschlagen,
der gerändelte Teil sollte sich im Loch
befinden.
4c. Die Schienenmodule zusammen-
fügen. Beide Verbindungsstücke zurück-
schieben, bis die mittlere Schraube über
dem Stoß sitzt. Wichtig! Sicherstellen,
dass die Schienenmodule lückenlos
zusammengefügt sind.
4d. Die äußeren Schrauben an den
Verbindungsstücken fest anziehen.
4e. Die mittlere Schraube an den Ver-
bindungsstücken maximal anziehen.
4f. Das Versteifungsblech über dem
Stoß an der Oberseite der Schiene
anbringen. Selbstbohrende Schrauben
TEKS ST 4,8 x 13 verwenden.

Jonction des modules rail
4a. Glisser deux pattes de liaison dans
les extrémités des modules rail.
4b. Engager les trois tenons d'acier,
les parties usinées dans les trous.
4c. Joindre les modules rail. Ramener
les pattes jusqu'à ce que le boulon
central s'engage. Important! Vérifier
l'absence de jeu entre les modules.
4d. Serrer les boulons des pattes
de liaison.
4e. Serrer à fond le boulon central.
4f. Placer la tôle de renfort sur le joint
au-dessus du rail. Utiliser des vis
autoforantes TEKS ST 4,8 x 13.
