Functioning of the induction hob
The hob has induction cooking areas with characteristics of efficiency and ener-
gy saving. When one cooking area is on, the coil located under the glass cera-
mic surface generates a magnetic field which directly heats the bottom of the
pan and the food it contains.
Only use cooking vessels intended for use on induction hobs and with a suitable
diameter for the cooking areas.
The devices for the functioning of the individual heating elements are in the
controls area of the hob.
Before connecting the hob to the mains, make sure that the controls area is
clear and clean.
When connected to the mains or when power returns, the displays of the con-
trols area are off or show the symbols "
