Troubleshooting
Problem
The display is shows a
negative value.
The display is shows an
implausible value.
The message "Err" appears
on the display.
The message "Lo" appears
on the display.
Unable to switch on scale.

Possible cause
The display has been reset to
zero for a container or to weigh
additional ingredients, and
the object not included in the
weight has been taken off
the scales.
The display does not show the
expected unit of measurement.
The scale includes the container
in the weight on the display.
The display only shows the
additional weight, not the
total weight.
The load on the scale is
too heavy.
The battery is low
or not charged.
The battery is low
or not charged.
The battery is charging.
Solution
Tap on the control panel to reset
the display to zero again.
Switch the display to the re-
quired unit of measurement.
Before weighing, place the
container on the scale and tap
on the control panel to reset the
display to zero.
The total weight is only shown
once it exceeds 400 g / 14 oz
(tare display) and you tap on
the control panel after adding
an additional weight.
Do not place more than a total
of 10 kg/ 22 lb on the scale.
Charge the battery using the
USB connection on the scale.
Wait until charging is complete
or disconnect the USB charger
cable to abort the charging
procedure.
