Troubleshooting

Problem
The jar's contents are not
mixed enough and contain
too many ingredient pieces.
The appliance immediately
switches off.
Liquid spills out of the
blender jar.
A program symbol, the dis-
play, and the power button
are all flashing.

Possible cause
The power button was not
held for a long enough time
in the multi-function program.
If you have selected the
mixing speed yourself, the
mixing speed is too low or
the duration is too short.
The ingredients are not suitable
for the selected automatic
program.
The power button was not
pressed and held long enough
in the multi-function program.
The blender lid, the the stopper,
or both parts are not properly
sealed.
The seal of the blender lid is
broken.
The blender jar is overfilled.
An automatic program has
been interrupted. The flashing
indicates the interruption.
Troubleshooting
Solution
Press and hold the power button
until the desired consistency is
reached.
If you have selected the mixing
speed yourself, turn the selec-
tor switch further to the right to
increase the mixing speed, or ex-
tend the mixing process until the
desired consistency is reached.
Finish mixing the mixed product
with the multi-function program
until the desired consistency is
reached.
Press and hold the power button.
Firmly close the jar with the lid
and the stopper.
The seal must be exchanged
by customer service.
