Safety instructions

CAUTION
 Do not stand on the tubes of the lower
frame, the table could tip over.
 Do not lean against or on the tray.
 Do not lift the table by the tray.
 Do not place any objects on the trays that
are larger than them.
 Do not exceed the bearing capacity of the
trays.
 Do not transport persons or objects using
the table.
 Repair work may only be undertaken by an
authorised dealer.
 Take note of the instructions for care and
service. The manufacturer is not liable for
damage caused by improper servicing/care.

Shipping and storage

The shipping and storage of the table should
happen
according
specifications in §7. Make sure that the table is
stored dry.
Provide sufficient covering or packaging to
protect the table from rust and foreign bodies
(e.g. salt water, sea air, sand, dust).
Make sure no objects are stored on or against
the table to prevent damage.

Assembly and adjustments

4.1
Assembly
1. Position the lower frame on the 4 castors.
2. Insert the tubes of the upper frame into the
appropriate receptacles of the lower frame
and secure it at the desired height by means
of the wing nuts (minimum depth of
insertion: 80 mm).
4.2
Adjustments
CAUTION
 The stability of the product is affected
when the tray is adjusted (danger of
tipping over).
 The tray should only be tilted so far that
nothing will fall off.

4.2.1
Heigth adjustment
1. Loosen the wing nuts on the lower frame.
2. Adjust the height by pulling the upper frame
up/down.
3. Retighten the wing nuts.
4.2.2
Angle and length adjustment
1. Loosen the lever beneath the tray.
2. Pull the tray out horizontally, or adjust the
angle.
3. Retighten the lever.

5.1

Operating the brakes

CAUTION
The brakes can wear. Check the working of
the brakes before each use.
5.1.1
Engaging the brakes [B]
1. With your foot, press the brake plate
downwards until it locks in place.
2. Repeat for the other wheels. The wheels
can now neither roll nor turn.
5.1.2
Disengaging the brakes [A]
1. With your foot, press the brake plate
upwards.
2. Repeat for the other wheels. The wheels
have now been released and can both roll
and swivel.

Maintenance

6.1
Cleaning
Use a soft, damp cloth and lukewarm water
with a mild soap to clean the table. Avoid
soaking. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents
to clean.
