The resistance bands
There are hooks on the underside of the unit, where the two resistance bands can be at-
tached as shown above. Before each use, check that the bands are properly fastened, so
that they can not come loose during exercise. Stop using the bands if you have doubts about
their quality or strength.
Exercise instructions
Quads / hips / back: Stand on the device with your feet and shoul-
ders aligned as shown. Keep your back tight, your knees bent and
slowly tighten your leg muscles. To increase exercise intensity you
should bend your knees as much as possible.
Calves: Stand tiptoe in the middle of the device.
Straighten your back. Your abdominal muscles should be
tight and you should feel tension changes in your calf mu-
scles. You can also bend your knees by 90° to relax your
waist and hips.
