WHERE TO INSTALL SCIUGARELLA
SCIUGARELLA is meant to find a place in any environment. Its small size and its elegant appearance
make it suitable to be placed in every room, but the best location is on top, near the washing
machine itself.
If your washing machine is in the bathroom, Sciugarella represents the best "bathroom heater" ever
and within minutes it creates a comfortable environment in all seasons.
INSTALLATION
Follow these instructions to install the appliance :
1. Place the appliance on the wall to the desired height, and draw at least 5 fastening points in
correspondence of the holes present on the fixing brackets (Fig.1). Leave a space of at least 200
mm between the ceiling and SCIUGARELLA as shown in (Fig. 6).
2. Use at least n. 5 holes to the wall as shown in (Fig. 1).
3. Use the wall plugs supplied. NOTE: it's very important to assure the dowls provided are
appropriate to your wall. The dowels supplied are not indicated for plasterboard walls.
4. Attach the "Z" bracket (Fig.2) to the wall using the 5 screws.
5. Place the appliance just above the "Z" bracket (Fig.4) and lower it down until it reaches its final
position, the two fixing screws must exit the appliance's carcase (Fig. 5). Lock the frame by the n.
2 4Ma nuts supplied "D" (Fig.5).
WARNING: Maximum load allowed 12 kos (corresponding to 7 kos of machine washed
laundry and spin cycled at 800 turns / minute).
WARNING : If you do not have the necessary experience to perform the operations
described above, contact qualified persons. The installation in a bathroom should
necessarily be carried out by qualified persons in accordance with the law.
DRYING PROGRAMS
Sciugarella's control panel includes five programs as shown in (Fig. 7)
1. "COLD AIR '' Cold air Program: duration 12 hours
2. "COLD AIR" Cold air Program: duration 10 hours
3. "WARM AIR" lukewarm air Program: duration 8 hours, warm and cold cycles alternating + 50
minutes dehumidification. Generally it reduces drying period by about 30/40%.
4. "HOT AIR" Hot Air Program: duration 4 hours, warm and cold cycles alternating + 50 minutes
dehumidification. Generally it reduces drying period by about 50/60%.
5. "HOT QUICK" very hot air Program: duration 50 minutes + 10 minutes dehumidification, to be
used to dry a small quantity of laundry in a very short time or to complete the drying of the
laundry in cases where, due to the exceptional environmental conditions (low temperature , high
humidity etc.) the laundry isn't completely dry at the end of one of the above programs. This
program can also be used as "bath heater"!
Our programs have been developed in accordance with the legal regulations related to
temperature and humidity values. In case of cold, humid and small sized rooms or low spin
values, the drying period may be longer.
