Two junction systems are recomended:

Check the insulation resistance of the motor + cable + junction after the junction
PLACE OF INSTALLATION
SAER submersible motors can be installed in deep wells, tanks or intubated in different types of installation, vertically or horizontally
according to the limitation.
When operating must be granted a suitable water speed around the motor according to values in TAB.V. If the

water speed is lower than the minimum allowed, or if the water comes from above the pump, then it must be
installed a cooling jacket adequately sized to ensure the required speed.
When pumping dangerous, toxic or at high temperatures liquids, you have to take all necessary precautions to
avoid any loss and / or leakage could cause damage to people, animals, or the environment.
They should be avoided excessive vibration caused for example by imbalances of the pump or by resonances.
The system must not transmit vibrations to the group and must be made so as not to amplify the vibrations

generated by the group.
If the motor is powered by a VFD (inverter), verify that in the entire range of speed of operation there are no
resonance conditions.
WARNING!
Insert in the plant systems to protect the group in the event of spontaneous 'water hammer'.
INSTALLATION IN A WELL
Before introducing the pump into the well is good practice to check that this does not present shrinkage or variations section. During
installation, please pay particular attention to the electric cable and to any device against dry running, anchoring them along the pipe
every 2 to 3 m. with spring clips adapted to the size and weight of the cables.

1) Joint casting resin (fig.1).
1.A) Insert: muffle (a) and muffle cover (b) on the wire, heat shrinkable tubes on four
wires. Cut the cables with different lengths so that the connectors are not to overlap.
Sand with fine sandpaper the ends of the sheaths of the two cables to about 50 mm.
1.B) Combine the wires with connectors head stapled.
1.C) Wrap the wires near the outer sheath with strips of plaster filler. Move shrinkable
tubes over the connectors and heat with special tool hot air to the tubes to shrink.
Wrap with electrical tape self agglomerating the cable stop for about 40mm as fig.1.C.
1.D) Move the muffle in position, coat the bottom with insulation tape PVC and pour
the resin leaving the space for the insertion of the lid into the flask.
1.E) Coat the flask cover with PVC tape. Leave to stand upright for about 3 hours at
an ambient temperature of 20 ° C so that the resin hardens.
2) Connection by shrinkable sleeves (Figure 2).
2.A) Insert: shrinkable sleeve over the cable, shrinkable sleeves on four wires. Cut the
cables with different lengths so that the connectors are not to overlap. Sand with fine
sandpaper the ends of the sheaths of the two cables to about 50 mm.
2.B) Combine the wires with connectors head stapled.
2.C) Wrap the wires near the outer sheath with strips of plaster filler. Move shrinkable
tubes over the connectors and heat with hot air special tool to the tubes to shrink.
Wrap with electrical tape self agglomerating the cable stop for about 40mm as fig.2.C.
2.D) Move the heat shrink tubing in place.
2.E) Heat the tube outward from the center, with a hot air special tool
