Step 9: (fig. 9)
1. Attach the other wheel to the left side by sliding onto
the axle, a .531 washer (D), a plastic spacer (H) and a
wheel (X). Secure the wheel to the axle by inserting
the 5/32" cotter pin (R) through the hole in the inside
of the wheel and through the axle. Secure by bending
the ends out.

Step 10: (fig. 10)
1. Attach the lower handle tube (Y) to the frame using two
1/4" x 1-1/2" hex bolts (C) and 1/4" nyloc nuts (F).

Step 11: (fig. 11)
1. Attach the handle tube (AF) to the lower handle tube
using two 1/4" x 1-1/2" hex bolts (C) and 1/4" nyloc
nuts (F).

Step 12: (fig. 12)
1. Attach the short handle tube (AI) to the handle tube
using a 1/4" x 1-3/4" hex bolt (Q) and secure with a 1/4"
nyloc nut (F). Slide the handle grips (U) onto the ends of
the short handle tube and the handle tube.
