Installation and Set-up of the Machine
VAC display

Machine ready for operation.
Cover open:  VAC digits are illuminated.
Cover closed:  The digits are flashing.

Indication of the end of the vacuum process:  VAC digits flash.

To increase vacuum: press the VAC key with the cover open.

To interrupt the vacuum process (vacuum-stop): press VAC key with the cover
closed.

To select the service program for moisture removal from the pump, select vacuum
level P.
TEMP display

Machine ready for operation:
Cover open:  TEMP digits are illuminated.
Cover closed:  The digits are flashing.

Indication end of the sealing process: TEMP digits flash.

To increase sealing level: press the TEMP key with the cover open.

To interrupt the sealing process: press TEMP key with the cover closed.
Operating Instructions - Translation
Vacuum gauge
Displays the vacuum status in the chamber.
Oil level display : see the glass indicator at the pump
To control the oil status and quality: oil level has to be in between the max and min
values.
Pneumatic spring for keeping the chamber cover open
The chamber cover is automatically opened and kept open upon completion of the
packaging procedure by means of a pneumatic spring.
Danger !

Under no circumstances you should undo the pneumatic spring.
Pneumatic springs have an extremely high internal pressure (up to
approx. 300 bar).

Prior to disposal the pneumatic spring must not be under pressure.
Please request our disposal instructions!

The pneumatic springs are maintenance-free!
Do not grease or oil the pump rod!)
