STORING THE DEVICE
If you do not use the device for a longer period of time, we recommend that you store it in its original
packaging in a dry environment and without placing anything heavy on top of it. Allow the device to cool
down before storing it.
Store the appliance in a dry place. Make sure the appliance is rolled up properly. Do not fold the
appliance.
PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Problem
The appliance does not work.
The appliance has been stopped working.
The display will flash.
The appliance does not heat enough.

Solution
- Make sure the connection plug has been
connected correctly.
- Check if the appliance works if you use another
socket.
- After 1 h, the appliance shuts off automatically.
Let the appliance cool down for 10 min. and press
again the on/off button.
- You can set the timer up to a maximum of 10
hours to allow the device to work for longer.
- Did you first insert the plug into the socket and
then insert the connector plug into the device?
You must always insert the connector plug first,
and then plug the other end into the electrical
socket.
- Did the connector plug accidentally come off
while using the device? Remove the plug from the
electrical socket first, then reattach the connector
plug to the device, and then plug the cable back
in.
- After +/- 15 min. the appliance reaches the
set temperature. Increase the temperature if
necessary.
