If you cannot find a solution to the problem

Possible cause
The zone is not hot because it op‐
erated only for a short time or the
sensor is damaged.
You use a very tall pot which
blocks the signal.
The zone is hot.
The highest heat setting is set.

There is no cookware on the

The cookware is unsuitable.
The diameter of the bottom of the
