Selection of Intake Nozzle
Use the correct intake nozzle for
your conveying job to ensure maxi-
mum conveying capacity and ea-
siest operation.
Universal Intake Nozzle
Designed to be used for most suc-
tion jobs out of full grain bins or flat
storage. Also suitable for final floor
clean-up operation. The handle is
removable.
Order No.: 121 130 212
Clean-up Nozzle
Designed for the final floor clean-
up. Provides a somewhat lower
conveying capacity that the univer-
sal nozzle but is easier to operate
in a clean-up situation.
Clearing a Blocked Pipe System
Open the slide on the intake nozzle
completely, or raise the intake noz-
zle clear of the grain to see if the
blower itself can clear the system.
Bin clean-up
The best procedure and sequence
for bin clean-up is normally to clean
one half first and then the other
half, as shown in fig. 1-2-3.
The nozzle is equipped with wheels
and a swivel between nozzle and
hose to relieve possible twisting on
the nozzle. The handle is remova-
ble.
Order No.: 121 130 187
Short Intake Nozzle
Designed for suction with OK160
pipe from full bin or truck. Shutter
must be fitted to prevent the grain
from running out by itself.
Order No.: 121 000 546
If this is not possible, separate and
empty the pipe system. Adjust the
slide on the intake nozzle for max.
conveying capacity.
Round Intake Nozzle
Designed for stationary suction out
of full storage bins through hole
in the bin wall. Also suitable to be
used inside round bins or flat stora-
ge areas to remove heaps of grain
before final clean-up begins.
Order No.: 121 130 213
Long Intake Nozzle
Designed for suction from
deep grain pits or large bins.
May be extended with 65 cm
sections. Provides a high
conveying capacity.
