tOOL rACK AnD BeD ASSemBLy
This section is applicable to Craftsman, Husqvarna, and
John Deere 100 Series lawn tractors.
Step 1: (fig. 1)
1. Lay the tool rack frame (1) (henceforth, known as frame)
on a flat surface to assemble.
2. Insert two hex bolts (A), washers (B), and spacers (C) into
the top part of the frame (1) as shown.
3. Install a NYLOC hex nut (F) onto each bolt and tighten.

Step 2: (fig. 2)
1. Insert a square plug (H) into each of the four corner
ends of the frame.
tIp: Use a table or other hard, flat surface and push
down on the frame to push the plug into place.

Step 3: (fig. 3)
1. Attach the tool holder assembly (2) to the top of the
frame as shown, using two hex bolts (A).
2. Install a NYLOC hex nut (F) onto each bolt and tighten.
3. Attach the other tool holder assembly (2) to the bottom
of the frame as shown, using two hex bolts (G).
4. Install a NYLOC hex nut (F) onto each bolt, but do not
tighten.

Step 4: (figure 4)
1. Insert a hex bolt (E) through the larger rubber clamp (4).
tIp: The bolt does not slide in easy. You may need to
put pressure on the bolt using the corner of a table.
2. Once the hex bolt is through the rubber clamp, place
the hex bolt into the top left of the frame as shown.
3. Attach with a NYLOC hex nut (D) and tighten.
tIp: Stand the frame up vertical to attach clamps.
4. Insert a hex bolt (E) through the smaller clamp (5).
5. Once through the rubber, place the bolt into the top
right of the frame as shown.
6. Attach with a NYLOC hex nut (D) and tighten.
