Faults:
Please contact our customer services immediately in the following cases:
If the extractor hood generates unusual noises and you are unable to detect any
faults after checking the exhaust air line.
If you discover, for example, by hearing strange noises, that the motor is faulty or
defective.
If the switches / controller are not working properly.
The motor is not running despite there being electric voltage.
Control panel is not working properly.
The motor generates strong vibrations or an imbalance in operation.
The power supply cable gets unusually hot.
A smell of burning is coming from the appliance.
The hood must not be used any longer if any of the above-mentioned issues occur!
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.

CAUTION: Always disconnect the extractor from the power supply before working
on it!
If an abnormality occurs (such as a smell of burning), switch off the recess ven-
tilator immediately and disconnect it from the power supply!
• Continued operation under such circumstances may result in faults, an
electric shock or a fire.
