BEFORE USING THE MIXER
Remove the wrapper and any disposable parts. Separate removable parts. Clean the beaters and the
kneading rods. Before assembling the mixer, make sure the cord is unplugged and the speed selector is in
the "0" position.
USE OF THE MIXER
1. Mount the appropriate beaters or kneaders on the mixer.
NOTE: The beaters can be inserted into any hole in the mixer. The beaters can each only be placed in a
specific hole: the one with a larger washer in the large one and the one with a smaller washer in the small
one.
2. Make sure that the selected speed is "0" and connect the cable to the power outlet.
3. Select the desired speed. There are 6 speeds to select. When kneading yeast dough, it is recommended
to select the lowest speed and then work your way up for best results. The mixer will run at the highest
speed when you press the turbo button.
4. The maximum working time should be less than 5 minutes. A minimum rest time of 2 minutes must be
maintained between two continuous cycles to prevent the appliance from overheating.
NOTE: During operation you can rotate the bowl by hand for best results.
5. When blending is complete, turn the speed selector to the "0" position and unplug the power cord.
