Getting Started
Caution: Fully charge the charging case and
headsets before using them for the first time.
Charging the headset
Place the headset units in the slots (5) of the charging
case and close the cover. The headsets are automatical-
ly charged in the case. The LEDs (1) of the headsets
light up during charging process. After complete
charging, all LEDs will turn off.
Charging the case
Connect the USB Type-C™ cable,
included with the headset, to the
charging case and to a power supply
or USB port on a computer.
The inserted headset units and the
charging case are charged
simultaneously. The LED of the
case lights up permanently when fully charged.
Switching On/Off
Switch on: The headsets will turn on automatically
by opening the cover (6) and removing the
headsets.

Switch off: Place the headset units back into the
charging case and close the cover (6).
The headsets will turn off.
Note: If the Headste does not find a Bluetooth
capable device, it switches itself off after approx.
3 minutes. To turn it on again, insert and remove it
from the charging case.
Note: The headsets connect to the previously paired
Bluetooth source after they are turned on.
If the headsets are not yet paired with a Bluetooth
source, the LED flashes blue/red. This indicates the
pairing mode.
Pairing

The Riva Headset has to be paired with a Bluetooth
device before use.
1. By opening the case cover, the headsets

automatically turn on, sync with each other and enter
pairing mode to connect to a Bluetooth
The LED will flash alternately red and blue.
This indicates that the device is ready to pair.
2. Search for „Riva" on your Bluetooth
and select it from the list of found devices.
Confirm the pairing with Riva.
Note: The main headset can also be used as a
standalone device when connected to a Bluetooth
source.
Note: When the headset is placed in the charging
case, the connection is interrupted. As soon as
the headset is removed, the headset automatically
reconnects.
If the headset units do not automatically connect
to each other or an existing connection is discon-
nected, switch both headsets off and on again.
If necessary, press the multifunction sensor to
re-establish the connection.
Note: If the Headste does not find a Bluetooth
capable device, it switches itself off after approx. 3
minutes.
