2. Screw the objective into the adapter ring. (Fig. 6)
3. Perform the observation as usual.
• The brightfield objective cannot be used for darkfield,
therefore switching the mirror cube selector to "DF" could
bring to a completely dark image.
• Using the adapter rings it could happen an imperfect
parfocality between brightfield and brightfield/darkfield
objectives. This is not a defect.

Removing the stage lock

1. Remove the 4 screws of the metal retaining plate ①, using
the supplied Allen screwdriver. (Fig. 7)

Installing the stage insert

• Make sure that the plate is horizontal.
1. Install the stage insert in the stage opening. (Fig. 8)
