Note: If desired, after installation is complete, you can
reconnect your mobile phone to the 5g network.
Connection failure
If after reading the QR code the installation process fails,
make sure you are connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network
and that the provided password is correct. If you do not
have a 2.4 GHz signal in your wifi network, contact your
internet service provider.
Direct cable connection
To improve the internet signal and avoid connection
failures, it is recommended to connect the camera by
direct cable, very useful in places where Wi-Fi coverage
is limited.
To install the camera, go near the router, where it has
good coverage, and install the camera via wi-fi. Once
connected, it can be taken to the area where you want
to install it and simply plug in the cable, the camera will
start working directly, it is not necessary to link again.
