6. Adjust the cooking time and tempera-
ture either manually or select one of the
7 programmes (see the "Programmes"
section):
○ To select a programme, keep touching
the field M (12) until the display (9) for
the programme you want lights up.
The cooking time and temperature
can be adjusted manually if necessary
(see below). The programme starts
automatically shortly after.
○ To manually set the cooking tempera-
ture (80°C to 200°C) touch the field   
or    (11) and to set the cooking
time (up to 60 minutes) touch the field

7. Pull the drawer out of the main unit
by the handle and place it down on a
heat-resistant surface.
8. Remove the basket insert from the draw-
er and serve the food. Never tilt out the
basket insert together with the drawer!

cool down and then clean them (see the
"Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Please Note!
■ The main unit and the drawer and the
basket insert are not dishwasher-safe.
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean-
ing agents or cleaning pads. These may
damage the surfaces.
Clean the drawer (5), the basket insert (8)
and if applicable the main unit (1) after every
use to prevent germ formation and to pre-
vent food residues from burning on. Do not
allow any food residues to dry on.
1. Make sure that the device has been dis-
connected from the mains power.
2. Remove the basket insert from the draw-
er. Rinse both parts with detergent and
warm water. Allow any burned-on food to
soak in warm water with a little detergent
beforehand.
3. If the heating element in the cooking
chamber (3) is dirty, wipe it down with a
damp cloth and use a little detergent if
necessary.
4. Wipe down the main unit and the
connecting cable with a damp cloth if
necessary.
5. Allow all parts to dry completely or dry
them off.
6. Store the device and all accessories
away in a clean, dry location that is out
of the reach of children and animals
when not in use for a prolonged period.
