Excess scale deposit, or a blockage in the steam outlet pipe, can
trigger the safety thermostat into operation. In this case, the steam
bath cycle continues until the end of the 40 minutes, but steam will
not come out of the nozzle.

OR DOES NOT START.
"memory" of the time passed is lost. When the electric current is
restored, the scale-removal liquid that has entered the boiler auto-
matically drains out (guaranteeing hygiene), but it will be necessary
to repeat the cycle if fewer than at least 8 hours have passed since
the start of the cycle.
Just dry the various components after use. If you need to clean
them, simply remove any impurities with a soapy wet cloth or
neutral detergent, rinse with clean water and dry.
NOZZLES (vertical hydromassage)
These components are equipped with a scale-removal filter,
which can be cleaned with a sponge. For normal cleaning op-
erations, see instructions for taps.
The pillow located on the seat (in the column) is made from poly-
urethane gel. It can be cleaned with water and a neutral soap.
CLEANING THE THERMOSTATIC VALVE
The thermostatic valve is provided with mesh filters to trap any im-
purities in the water. Over time, these filters could become clogged
and, therefore, inhibit the functions of the mixer tap. To clean them,
do the following:
■
Turn off the water supply (hot and cold) to the shower box.
■
Empty the water from the mixer unit, by turning the diverter
dial (G) to the symbol "D - foot nozzle" and turning on the stop
tap (R) completely. Then turn off the stop tap again, turning the
dial to the previous position.
■
(1) Remove the plug (T) from the knob of the mixer.
■
(2-3-4) Remove the screw (V), slide off the knob (M) and the
cap of the mixer (C).
■
(5) Unscrew the ring nut (H) that secures the thermostatic valve.
■
(6) Slide out the thermostatic valve (L).
Clean the mesh filters with a little brush and rinse. If scale is
present, wash with specific products.
■
(7) Reassemble the various components, following the same
procedure in reverse order.
■
(8) Install the thermostatic valve so that the screw peg (Q) is
facing downwards, and that it fits into the groove of the brass
component.
