Operation
1 Before first use/Charging the battery
Charge the battery of the scales with the USB charger cable supplied. The scales must be fully
charged prior to first use. Connect the USB charger cable to a suitable detachable supply unit
(see "Specifications" and "Accessories"). During charging, the dots in the charge indicator move
from left to right, starting at the current state of charge. The battery symbol and charge symbol
are lit. When the battery is charged, all four state of charge dots are permanently lit.
2 Switching on and using the device
To switch on the scales, place them on an even surface and press on the control panel. As soon
as the weight on the display reads zero, the scales are ready for use. If you want to weigh items
in a bowl or other container, you must either place the container on the scales before switching
them on or tap the control panel before weighing to reset it to zero.

Weighing is not possible during charging.
After 1 minute of charging time, the weighing
function can be used for 20 minutes.
