Product Summary
NetworX Touchscreen keypad is an intuitive graphical touch
screen interface for users of the NetworX systems. It is offering
simple fingertip control of the security system with a clear 3.5"
touch screen with easy to understand graphics.
It can be customized for each location when it is installed. This
includes custom naming of zones, partitions, users and output
names. Users can even leave messages for other users via the
internal message centre.
Installation
1.
Loosen the bottom screw (see Figure 1.)
2.
Tilt the keypad from the bottom and remove it from the
wall bracket (see Figure 2.)
3.
Use the wall bracket as a template to mark where the bus
cable should feed through the wall (see Figure 3.)
4.
Drill appropriate holes and feed security cable through the
wall bracket.
5.
Screw the wall bracket to the mounting surface.
6.
Connect the bus cable to the back of the keypad (see
Figure 4.)
7.
Attach keypad to wall bracket by sliding the top of the
keypad onto the clips located on the top of the wall bracket
(see Figure 5.)
8.
Tighten the bottom screw to fix the keypad to the wall
bracket.
9.
Turn on power to security panel and program the keypad:
Zone names
Partition number
User names
Output names
Installer contact details
Room number (if intercom enabled)
Room names (if intercom enabled)

These numbers are for one keypad at the end of the wire.
When connecting more than one keypad to the end of the wire,
a higher gauge wire or a reduction in total wire distance will be
required. Star or daisy chain wiring configuration allowed.
