A- PARAMETERS SELECTION Key
Used to select the parameters given below (if activated) and the
machine will go on to selecting the next parameter every time the
key is pressed (function valid for all listed keys), in the following
order :
• THICKNESS OF WELDED ITEM - Adjustment range (varying
according to the welding process selected) from 0.6 to 25 mm
with an 0.1mm interval for adjustment;
• WELDING CURRENT - Adjustment range (varying according to
the welding process selected) from 10 to 400A with a 1A interval
for adjustment;
• WIRE SPEED - Adjustment range (varying according to the weld-
ing process selected) from 1 to 22m/min. with a 0.1m/min. inter-
val for adjustment.
WELDING PROCESS SELECTION Key
Used to select 5 welding processes:
• MIG PULSED;
• MIG DUAL PULSED;
• MIG/MAG;
• ELECTRODE or MMA;
• TIG with "LIFT" type striking.
WELDING MODE SELECTION Key
Used to select 5 welding modes:
• 2T (two-stroke)
Pressing the torch key starts the welding cycle, which will stop
when it is released.
• 4T (four-stroke)
Pressing and releasing the torch key will start the welding cycle.

1) When you press the torch-button, the arc is inserted and the
current remains at the INITIAL CRATER CURRENT (CSC)
value for a period of time defined by the INITIAL CURRENT
TIME (SCt) parameter.
Subsequently, the current changes to the nominal value
(WELDING CURRENT) with a slope defined by the SLOPE
(SLO) parameter.
2) When you let go of the torch button, the current changes to
the FINAL CRATER CURRENT (CEC) value with a slope
defined by the SLOPE (SLO) parameter.
Subsequently, the current remains at the FINAL CRATER
CURRENT (CEC) for a period of time defined by the FINAL
CURRENT TIME (ECt) parameter, before ending the weld-
ing process.
