The X-COMM is only waterproof (IP67) when the battery and the X-COMM head unit are

• To ensure your X-COMM stay dust and waterproof, always make sure to close the dust cap

• Do not attempt to charge your X-COMM underwater.
• If your device has been submerged in water or the microphone is wet, the sound may

and dry by wiping it with a dry cloth.
• If the device gets wet with salt or chlorinated water, rinse it with tap water, then dry with

• The device's water resistance can lead to slight vibrations under certain circumstances.
