SHARPENING:
1. Set the blade (using the handle) in the position that allows a whetstone to move
freely under the blade.
2. Lock the position with the blade locking screw.
3. Move the whetstone across the blade (forward and backward) until it is sharp
enough.
4. Remove the whetstone.
REPLACING THE BLADE:
1. Screw the blade out of the cutter's front panel.
2. Align the holes in the new blade with the holes in the front panel, guide bolts
and screw them into the panel.
