The package contains the following parts:
·Angle grinder
·Side handle
·Spanner
Mounting and removing the guard
·First remove the grinding wheel as described below.
·Place the guard (4) on the machine as shown.
·Tighten screw (6) firmly.
·To remove the guard, proceed in reverse order.
Never use the machine without the guard in place.
Mounting and removing a grinder wheel
·Place the machine on a table, guard up.
·Fit the spacer (7) onto the spindle (3).
·Place the grinding wheel (8) on the spindle.
·Screw the tension nut(9) onto the spindle.
·Press the lock knob(2) and firmly tighten the tension nut (9) using the spanner (10) supplied..
·Release the lock nkob.
·To remove the grinding wheel, proceed in reverse order.
Mounting and removing the side handle
·Tighten the side handle(5) in one of the mounting holes.
Switching on and off
·To run the machine slide the on/off switch(1) in the direction of the grinding wheel.
·To switch off the machine. press the back of the on/off switch.
Cleaning and mainetenance
The machine does not require any special maintenance.
·make sure that the ventilation openings are kept clean. Especially when working in a
dusty environment.
- Before removing dust always unplug the tool.
- Do not use brushes of metal or the like to remove dust and avoid damaging the internal
parts.
