8. ASSEMBLING
Firstly proceed unpacking the box, please verify the following:
•
Check for any obvious damage to the carton or its contents, If damage is evident,
notify the carrier, or your local dealer
•
Remove all loose packing from the carton
•
Carefully remove all components from the carton
•
Check the contents correspond to the following components:
For ease handling and storage, the backrest may be separated from the bath lift. To assembly
the backrest in the correct way follow the procedure:
1.
Lift the backrest straight by using the actuator as handle
2. Assembly the backrest by aligning the openings on the backrest with
the lugs of the hinge on the base unit. (fig.1)
3. Rotate the backrest to slide the actuator pin into the locker to fix the position (for this
operation is requested the actuator to be completly close. In contrary case connect the
battery on the backrest, press the button until the actuator is in its final position).
