9. BEFORE EACH USE
• Check the correct device assembly, in particular check if the backrest is duly
locked with unit base and the headrest is duly fixed with the block
• Check the mechanical parts wear, as long as the safety for things and people is guaranteed.
• Check the suction pads condition and their adhesion with bathtub
10. HOW TO USE
WARNING!
• The battery has to be charged of at least 8 hours before its first use.
• We suggest to recharge them after each use
10.1 Install the bath lift
1.
Always install the bath lift to the bathtub in two sections: backrest and unit base.
2. Fold the side flippers onto the seat
3. Fit your bath lift into the bathtub as shown in fig.2 (install the longitudinal direction
of the bath lift parallel with the longitudinal direction of bathtub)
4. Fix the device by pressing the four powerful suction pads.
5. Before every use, make sure:
a. The bathtub is clean, and free from debris. Check to confirm effective adhesion
of the suction pads. The suction pads will not adhere to non-slip or texture surfaces.
Be sure to avoid these kind of surface
b. Allow sufficient space behind the bath lift for the backrest to recline.
Ensure no obstacles will impede the bath lift, such as taps, overflows, and soap dishes
c. Fitting guide straps- where bathtub grasps bars are present. The bath lift can be
damaged if guide straps are not fitted to the bathtub grasp bars correctly. (fig.3)
