Place the base on a flat and stable surface. Proceed as shown in Fig. A (from a to c)
Make sure that all components are well fixed, to avoid dangerous vibrations and movements during operation.
Install both standing poles to assemble the fan at its maximum height; for medium height, proceed as shown
in Fig. A but taking away the lower standing pole and fastening the upper standing pole directly to the base;
for minimum height, proceed as shown in Fig. A, but fixing the main unit directly onto the base, taking away
both upper and lower standing poles.

Connect the fan to a wall socket; the fan produces a beep sound, enters stand by mode and the display
shows the room temperature.
Press the ON/OFF key to switch the fan on, which will start operate at minimum speed.
Press the speed selection key to set the fan speed, which will be shown on the display (1/Minimum 2/Me
dium – 3/High)
The display will show the selected speed for a few seconds, and then will go back to showing the room tem
perature.
Press the timer key to set the auto shut off time of the fan; display will show the time selection for a few se
conds, and then will go back to showing the room temperature.
Auto shut off time can be set from 00 to 12 hours, when timer goes off the fan will automatically switch off.
To select fan mode, press the mode selection key:
F1/Normal: the fan operates at the selected speed constantly, until shut off
F2/Nature: the fan mimics natural breeze by alternating all speeds in cycle
F3/Sleep: the fan speed reduces by one level every half hour, and then settles on minimum level until shut off.
For better air circulation, activate swing mode by pressing the swing function key; press the key again to
deactivate the function. Press ON/OFF key to switch the fan off.
All the functions selectable from the control panel can also be activated by the provided remote controller.
The remote controller provided with this appliance contains a preinstalled lithium battery. To activate the
battery, remove the plastic film.
Keep the remote controller and battery out of the reach of children.
Warning: if swallowed, the battery can cause internal burns, perforation of soft tissues, and lead
to potentially lethal injuries. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours from swallowing. Seek imme-
diate medical attention if ingestion is suspected.
Do not let children replace the battery without adult supervision.
Do not expose battery to high temperature. Remove it from remote control if it is not used for long time.
Do not dispose of the exhausted battery in regular waste; do not throw it in fire or attempt to burn it. Follow
applicable local regulations for the correct disposal of batteries.
Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug the fan from the wall socket. Remove dust and stains from base, standing pole and main unit with a
soft cloth slightly dampened – use a mild detergent if necessary.
Warning: do not let water or other liquids penetrate inside the fan.
Do not use abrasive detergents and/or solvents, to avoid damaging the fan surface.
Wait until the fan is completely dry before use. When not used for a long period of time, store the fan in a cool
and dry place, away from dust and direct sunlight.
To replace the battery, take out the battery lodging, remove the exhausted battery and insert a new one,
paying attention to the polarity indicated. Replace the lodging inside the remote control.
Check the provisions of your municipality for the correct disposal of the exhausted battery.
