Just place your hands on them simultaneously at a height of 15 cm,
as shown in the picture below.

MODE: You can check your current speed

SPEED: Manually set the desired speed with the '+ ' or ' - ' keys located
above the word SPEED. You can also control the speed using the
speed sensors located at the top corners of the control panel by
placing your hand on them.
The initial speed is 1.0 km/h. The belt can reach a maximum speed
of 12 km/h.
•
To automatically decelerate to 0 km/h, place your hands
simultaneously on the left and right sensors.
•
Press P to select the automatic programme you want to use.
IMPORTANT: To stop the belt immediately, place both hands on the
sensors.
