Lifting columns
The lifting columns guide the two crossbeams during lifting and lowering. The lifting columns are used to anchor the lifting
platform to the floor.
Hydraulic unit
Here, the hydraulic oil is fed from the tank to the hydraulic cylinder through a gear pump, which is driven by the electric motor.
The oil can flow back to the tank via the lowering valve.
Platforms
With integrated wheel-free jack and additional swing plates at the rear and recesses at the front (incl. empty plates) for wheel
alignment turntables
Optionally available: ATH AF2500P axle-free jack - 2500 kg
This enables additional lifting of the vehicle at the axle or chassis. The required runners are available on the platforms.
P1
Main platform
The main platforms bridge the two crossbeams. They are the parts of the platform onto which the vehicle is driven. The
hydraulic cylinder and the mechanisms required to transmit the lifting forces (ropes, rollers, etc.) are located under the main
platforms.
P2
Secondary platform
It is constructed in the same way as the main platform and contains the hydraulic functional parts of the wheel-free jack. It is
bolted to the crossbeams and can be adjusted 2-fold according to the track width of the vehicle.
Crossbeams
The crossbeams are the supporting parts of the platform, with which the opposite pairs of columns are connected. Both drive-
on ramps are attached to these crossbeams.
