Always end the cut on the opposite side to the direction of the bending force to avoid catching the
bar in the cut. Make a cut halfway through the trunk. Back to the log
and finish the cut from another side. In area "A" start cutting from the bottom
to one-third the diameter of the log and finish the cut from the top in area "B",
start cutting from the top to one-third the diameter of the log and finish the cut from the bottom.
Check which way the branch to be cut is bent. Start by making a cut from the side to which it is bent
and finish the cut from the other side.
