4) First, lead the upper tape (the one in excess) through the center of the cutting
mechanism (D), then through the center of the collecting spool (E) - as shown
in the two pictures below:
5) With the tool attached in this way, you can start removing the strapping tape
- to do this, move your hand with the lever (A) up and down, holding the handle
of the tool (C) with your other hand until the strapping tape slowly tightens.
The excess ribbon will be wound on the collecting spool (E).
NOTE: in the lower position, do not press the lever (A) to the very end of the
handle, so as not to accidentally release the cutting mechanism bolt (B)!
