IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
When using electrical appliances there are precautions that need to be taken including the fol-
lowing:

Make sure the voltage of your appliance corresponds to that of your mains power supply.

Carefully wash all attachments before using them.

DO NOT PLACE THE MOTOR BASE, THE PLUG OR POWER CORD IN WATER OR INTO
OTHER LIQUIDS.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Do not use the appliance if the blades are damaged.

Do not leave the appliance exposed to the weather (rain, sun, etc.).

Always place the appliance on a flat, level surface during use.

Do not move the appliance about when it is in use.
10 Remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and prior to cleaning and
fitting or removing all parts and attachments.
11 NEVER TOUCH THE PARTS WHEN THEY ARE STILL ROTATING OR IN USE.
12 Do not pull the power cord in order to disconnect the appliance.
13 Never use the appliance if the power cord or plug are damaged or if the appliance is faulty; in
this case, take it to your nearest Authorised Assistance Centre.
14 In the event that you decide to dispose of the appliance, we advise you to make it inoperative
by cutting off the power cord. We also recommend that any parts that could be dangerous be
rendered harmless, especially for children, who may play with the appliance or its parts.
15 Packaging must never be left within the reach of children since it is potentially dangerous.
16 To eliminate all possible risks, if the power cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manu-
facturer, a technical assistance centre or in any case by a similarly qualified person.
17 The power cord must not be left hanging from a table or any other surface. Also make sure the
power cord does not come into contact with any hot surfaces.
18 This appliance has been designed for HOME USE ONLY and must not be used for commercial
or industrial purposes.
19 The use of attachments not advised by the instructions booklet may lead to fire hazard and
personal injury.
20 Do not place the appliance on top of or near sources of heat or electrical elements. Do not
place it on top of other appliances.
21 Do not use the appliance when empty.
22 Do not use the appliance outside.
