CORE COOKING SETTING
Manual cooking
Proceed as follows.
1 - Press the key (F).
The last value set appears on the display (A).
2 - Press the keys (H-L) to increase or decrease
the values shown on the display.
The cooking time increases or decreases by 30
seconds each time one of the keys (H-L) is
pressed.
3 - Press the key (F) again to start the cooking cy-
cle.
Important
The basket automatically lifts when coo-
king is complete.
Programmed cooking
Proceed as follows.
4 - Repeatedly press the (F) key until the wanted
core temperature appears on display (A) (up to
a maximum of 5 pre-set cooking times can be
recalled).
5 - Press key (F) to start the cooking cycle.
Modify program
Proceed as follows.
6 - Repeatedly press the (F) key until the core tem-
perature to be modified appears on display (A).
FILLING AND EMPTYING THE WELL
Filling
When the appliance is on, the well can be filled in
different ways.
Quick filling
– Press the key (G) once; the light (M) comes on.
The cooking well automatically fills to the maxi-
mum level.
Quick filling with top-up
– Press the key (G) twice; the lights (M-N) come
on. The cooking well automatically fills to the
maximum level and there is a slow, continuous
flow of water that keeps the water level constant.
Important
The water input in top-up mode only hap-
pens if the temperature of the water has re-
ached the set value.

7 - Press the keys (H-L) to increase or decrease
The core temperature increases or decreases
by 1°C every time keys (H-L) are pressed.
8 - Keep the key (E) pressed (about 5 seconds)
until the buzzer sounds. The value on the dis-
play will stop flashing.
Important
The value which was modified is delet-
ed from the appliance's memory and
the new value set is saved.
9 - Press key (F) to start the cooking cycle.

Automatic top-up
– Press key (G) three times, light (N) turns on. A
slow supply is had upon reaching of the set tem-
perature.
