The term "unit" or "product" in the warnings and in the
description of the instructions refers to the MOTORCYCLE
TYRE BEAD BREAKER.
2.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY

Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor
lighting can lead to accidents. Be foresighted, watch
what you are doing and use common sense when
using the unit.

Only the manufacturer's service department may
repair the unit. Do not carry out repairs yourself!

is working properly or if it is damaged, contact the
manufacturer's service department.

No children or unauthorized persons are allowed in
the work area. (Inattention may result in loss of control

3. USE GUIDELINES
Portable product designed for removing a motorcycle tire
from the rim (separating the bead from the rim flange).
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
Operate the unit on a level, stable, clean and dry surface
and out of the reach of children and persons of impaired
mental, sensory and intellectual functions.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
The delivered device does not require any assembly - it is
ready to work.
3.3. WORKING WITH THE UNIT
A.
Place the tool on a stable, flat, paved surface.
B.
Let the air out of the wheel completely.
C.
Lay the wheel horizontally on the base under the
separator.
D.
Pulling the lever handle, bring the separator closer to
the side of the tire, so that its edge is in contact with
the tire near the rim edge (see picture below). Press
the tire separator at this point until it peels away from
the rim with a characteristic knocking sound.
E.
Repeat this process along the rim flange, rotating
the tire on the machine until the side of the tire is
completely unstuck.
F.
Turn the tire over and repeat the above steps.
