Using the Steam Oven
NOTE
•
If the door is left open longer than 2 minutes when cooking, all heating elements
shut off.
•
When finished cooking, the cooling fan runs until the oven has cooled down.
•
Drain residual water after steam cooking. Do not interrupt the draining cycle.
•
After steam cooking, empty the reservoir so residual water does not affect other
cook modes.
•
If using an oven thermometer, its reading may differ from your set oven
temperature.
•
The convection fan normally cycles on/off during cooking.
•
The oven door must be closed during broiling.
