Cleaning the Insides of the Barbecue (if Required)
Evaporated grease and smoke produces deposits which can be
removed as follows:
1. To make cleaning easier, remove the heating elements from the
barbecue. Carefully pull them out.
2. Remove all food residues and deposits of grease throughout the
barbecue chamber (32). These deposits can easily be removed
with a plastic spatula.
3. Wipe the surfaces clean with a soft cloth. If there is heavier soil-
ing, you can wash it off with warm soapy water and then wipe
dry with a non-abrasive cloth.
4. Once all parts are dry, insert the heating elements back into the
barbecue.
Cleaning the Outsides (if Required)
The outsides of the barbecue comprise different materials and
surfaces, so we recommend different cleaning methods depending
on the type of surface.
Stainless Steel Surfaces
• To clean the stainless steel surfaces, use a non-toxic, non-abra-
sive stainless steel cleaner or a polish for outdoor products and
barbecues.
• Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
• Note the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the
cleaning product.
Painted, Porcelain-Enamelled Surfaces and Plastic Parts
• Only use warm soapy water and kitchen towels or a soft cloth
for cleaning. Clean the surface, rinse it down and wipe it dry.
