Filling the oil
Press the pressure piston fully downwards. Use a cross-head screwdriver
to remove the rubber plug from the oil reservoir and pour oil into the
opening.
Changing the oil
• We recommend changing the oil once annually to preserve the service
life of your device. To drain the oil, remove the rubber plug from the oil
reservoir, place the jack on its side and drain the oil into a collecting tray.
• Dirt and foreign bodies must not find their way into the hydraulic system.
Lubrication
Lubricate all rotating parts with regular lubricating oil every 3 months.
Preventing rust formation
Inspect the pressure piston for signs of rust and corrosion every 3 months.
Clean if necessary and wipe with an oil cloth. When out of use, the saddle
and pressure piston must be fully lowered.
Service life: 2 years with normal, private use.
