Troubleshooting
Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below.
If the problem persists, contact customer service.
DESCRIPTION
The dishwasher does not
start the selected
programme.
Water does not pump in
the dishwasher.
Foam inside.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Water pressure is low.
Dishwasher door is not
completely closed.
Water inlet hose or drain
blocked.
Filter clogged.
Kitchen sink is clogged.
Wrong detergent.
Rinse aid spilled.

SOLUTION
Check the water inlet and flow rate.
Check that the water is running normally
at any other water inlet in your home.
Check that the door is properly closed.
Check the drain hose.
Check the main filter.
Check the kitchen sink to make sure it is
draining properly. If the problem is the
kitchen sink not draining, you may need a
plumber rather than a dishwasher
service technician.
Use only special dishwasher detergent to
prevent foaming. If this occurs, open the
dishwasher and let the foam evaporate.
Add 5 litres of cold water in the bottom
of the dishwasher. Close the dishwasher
door and select any cycle. At first, the
dishwasher will drain the water. Open the
door after the draining stage is
completed and check if the suds have
disappeared. Repeat the operation if
necessary.
Always wipe up rinse aid spills
immediately.
