DUCTS technical service or an official distributor to resolve any doubts.
Careless or improper use can cause very serious or even fatal injuries. Please read and understand these precau-
tions before using the machines:
- The flowers to be processed with these machines can be fresh or dried. Any flower of different nature can
cause injuries to the user and to the equipment. Consult with the MASTER PRODUCTS sales department if you
plan to process dry product because the machines are sold as standard only with a wet barrel, and to process
dry flowers it is necessary to use a specific barrel.
- Always wear gloves and safety goggles when using the machine.
- The use of non-slip footwear is recommended.
- Never work with loose clothing, loose hair, ties, rings, bracelets, bangles, pendants etc.
- End-users need to be physically and mentally fit to operate such equipment.
- Under no circumstances should equipment be operated by persons under the influence of any substance, -
including drugs or alcohol, which may impair vision, dexterity and judgement.
- Only use the machine if it is in perfect condition, otherwise, there are potential risks of injury to the user.
- Be aware. Being tired or fatigued while operating equipment can lead to losing control.
- Safety devices (stickers, switches, grids, guards, gates and racks) must not be dismantled or neutralised under
any circumstances.
- Before any maintenance work is carried out on the machines, they must be switched off and disconnected
from the power supply.
- Do not use the equipment in dangerous environments or in damp or wet locations. Never expose the control
panel directly to rain or water. Keep the working area well-lit and free of obstacles. Disorder leads to accidents.
5.3. Who can use the MT Tumbler 800 & 800 MED
The equipment can only be used by authorised personnel who are fully familiar with these operating instructions,
which have been written in a clear, simple and easily understandable manner. It must always accompany the ma-
chines for any necessary consultation by the operators.
In case of any doubt not covered in this manual, please contact immediately the official distributor or MASTER PRO-
DUCTS directly in order to solve it.
5.4. Repairing the MT Tumbler 800 & 800 MED
Only qualified personnel can disassemble, repair and install new parts on MASTER PRODUCTS equipment. If these
are during the warranty period, only a MASTER PRODUCTS employee can make changes to them without losing the
warranty.
5.5. How to switch off MT Tumbler 800 & 800 MED
The trimming reels and the barrel are turned off under all circumstances whenever the OFF (red) switches on the
control panel of the machine are pressed. These components are also stopped if the emergency stop switch on the
same control panel is pressed. The machine also stops if the main gate is opened.
Before carrying out any maintenance action on the machine, it must be disconnected from the power supply. The
unit must be turned off and disconnected from the power supply in case of abnormal operation.

Modifications on Master Products machines without the approval of the manufacturer are forbidden.
The manufacturer withdraws the warranty from any modified machine and does not accept liability for any failures and
accidents that may result.
