Do not wash or throw water on the glass when it is hot, as
it may break. Do not use the oven if there is any damage
to the door or its seals.
Handle with care fresh-cooked food to avoid risk of
burning. Never leave the appliance unattended while it is
running. Remove the plug after each use.
Do not place the oven in water or other liquids and avoid
splashing of liquids on the unit.
Never use plastic containers for traditional oven
cooking. Before every use, unroll the power cord.
Do not use the appliance as a heating unit. Do not insert
anything in the ventilation windows.
Before cleaning, always unplug the unit from the
electrical outlet and wait for the complete cooling of each
part of the appliance.
Put on solid and stable surfaces only. Leave enough space
at every sides of the oven when the unit is working.
Do not use the oven as shelf support for objects or as
place to store food, pots, containers, etc..

OPERATING
Carefully wash all accessories and the inner housing first. Allow to ventilate the internal compartment
keeping the door open for about 30 minutes and subsequently operate the empty oven for few minutes
keeping the door open. Before starting with the first cooking, turn on the oven for 10 minutes at the maximum
power.
CONTROL KNOBS
The temperature control knob (5) allows you to set a temperature between 100 and 230 degrees Celsius. The
timer control knob (2) allows you to set the cooking time between 0 and 60 minutes.
PREHEATING
Before inserting the food, always preheat the oven for about 5 minutes to allow the unit to reach the selected
temperature. Preheat the oven without food.
- Set the timer control knob (2) up to 5 minutes.
- Set the desired temperature using the temperature control knob (5).
- At timer acoustic signal, preheating process is completed and the oven is ready for cooking.
