4. When you no longer need the unit, turn the unit off and follow the instructions for storage in this manual.
WARNING
ATTEMPTING TO SERVICE OR REMOVE ANY COMPONENTS.
1. Tighten belt after 800 hours of operation.
2. Remove screws from rear guard (Intake side of unit).
3. Loosen 4 motor nuts on pulley side of motor.
4. Loosen 2 nuts on tension screw to adjust tension. DO NOT overtighten as this could cause damage
to the unit.
5. Make sure nuts are retightened after tension is set.
6. Re-tighten 4 motor nuts on pulley side of motor.
7. Reinstall rear guard (Intake side of unit).
1. Remove screws from front guard (exhaust side of unit).
2. Loosen set screw on fan blade hub and remove fan blade.
3. Loosen 4 motor nuts and loosen tension screw.
4. Loosen tension screw and 2 nuts.
5. Slide motor upward.
6. Remove old belt and replace with new belt.
7. Slide motor back into correct position.
8. Tighten tension screw, the 2 nuts on the tension screw and motor nuts.
9. Replace fan blade and tighten set screw.
10. Replace front guard.
WARNING
ACCIDENTALLY STARTING, UNPLUG POWER CORD BEFORE CLEANING.
The outside of the unit may be cleaned with a damp cloth to remove any dust or residue.
