IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PHENOMENA OCCUR DESPITE THE ABOVE TROUBLESHOOT-
ING TECHNIQUES, PLEASE TURN OFF THE UNIT AND DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD
IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN:
• The fuse blows or circuit breaker trips frequently.
• The power cable is abnormally hot.
• The insulation of the power cable is ripped, shred or torn.
• The unit controls do not work.
• The unit produces abnormal noises.
UNIT ERROR CODES
When the air conditioner status is abnormal, the indicator display on the indoor unit will dis-
play an appropriate error code. Refer to the below table for specific and immediate action.
E5: OVER-CURRENT PROTECTION
Unplug and restart your unit to clear the error. If the error persists, contact a qualified
service technician.
E6: Unplug and restart your unit to clear the error. If the error persists, contact a qualified
service technician.
F1: Unit failure. Contact a qualified service technician.
F2: Unit failure. Contact a qualified service technician.
H1: Defrosting status; a natural phenomenon. The error will automatically clear after suf-
ficiently defrosting the cooling coils.
H6: Unplug and restart your unit to clear the error. If the error persists, contact a qualified
service technician.
OTHER ERROR CODES: Contact a qualified service technician.
