Cleaning and maintenance
Use water to clean the filters and dust cup, then leave to dry naturally and thoroughly
before using them again.
WARNING!
• To prevent damage to the unit, only use dry, intact filters!
• Reassemble all the parts in reverse order.
Cleaning the 2-in-1 nozzle
• Detach the 2-in-1 nozzle from the vacuum.
• Remove any hair or bits. Wash with water.
• Allow to dry thoroughly before reattaching to the vacuum.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The unit does not
work.
The suction power
is weak, there is
no suction or the
motor vibrates.
The operating time
is too short after
charging.
The battery
indicator light
keeps flashing
quickly.
Possible Cause
• The unit is not
charged.
• The charging indicator
light does not light up
while charging.
• The dust cup is full.
• The nozzle is blocked.
• T h e f i l t e r s a re
blocked, dirty or
broken.
• It has not been
charged for enough
time.
• The battery is old.
• The filters or dust
cup are blocked,
thus increasing the
current.
• The battery is dead.

Solution
• Fully charge the battery.
• Make sure the USB cable is securely
connected to the USB power supply.
Press the Power button. If the unit is
still not working, get it checked by a
qualified technician.
• Empty the dust cup.
• Remove the blockage.
• Clean the filters.
• If necessary, replace the filter with a
new one.
• Fully charge the battery, as indicated
in the Charging the battery section.
• Remove the blockage.
• Clean the filters.
• Fully charge the battery, as indicated
in the Charging the battery section.
