The milk does not foam.

SOLUTION
· You have used the mixing accessory instead
of the foam whisk. The mixer will stir the milk,
not foam it.
· The foam whisk is not inserted or inserted
incorrectly. Pour the milk from the jug and fit
the foam whisk correctly.
